This curiosity sparked a desire to learn more and led her to complete a Diploma and MA in Transpersonal Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy.<\/p>\n<p>Throughout her diploma and MA Rachel used the practice of meditation and mindfulness as a means of helping her through the demands of the training. She has continued to develop this practice further and in more depth both personally and professionally by training as a teacher using the Breathworks model of Mindfulness for clients with issues connected to managing personal and professional stress which is impacting their relationships and overall well-being.
