Why did you set up Inspiring Women in Medicine? Because I saw that my hard working female colleagues in private practice and the NHS lacked the opportunity to socialise with like-minded women who could share expertise and experiences in a relaxed and informal environment. My aim is the enjoyable facilitation of flourishing ideas and knowledge.  So it’s not just networking?
